This cozy, spacious, romantic 5th floor (with elevator) studio apartment is newly renovated in a turn-of-the-century building and has 3 windows overlooking a quiet, tree filled courtyard with a view to Namesti Miru church tower.

The flat is fully furnished with a large double bed, dining area, living area with fold out couch, satellite TV, dvd player and stereo with CD player. The kitchen is also fully equipped with microwave, grill, dishwasher, stove and fridge. The bathroom is spacious with a stand-up shower and a washing machine.

The apartment is located on Italska street, which is just 5 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square, the National opera house and National museum. Only 10 min by walking to Old Town square. There are many good restaurants, bars, clubs and parks in the area, which is considered to be one of the safest districts in Prague.

We also offer a pick up service from / to the airport in a price of 600 Czk (about 23 Euro) / 1 car / 1 way. The taxi driver would await you inside of the arrival hall (just behind sliding door from luggage claim) with a paper board and your name on it and then he ll drive you straight to the apartment and check you in as well as he is also a manager of the apartment. We also offer a train station pick up in a price of 300 Czk (about 12 Euro).
